Worst experience at a hospital ever. The nurses turned me away twice when I tried to see my wife. They let her lay in her own urine for so long she had a rash within a day and a half. When she got mad and want to discharged for the nurses abandoning her they sat and laughed. In my opinion since Covid has started and family members have not been around to make sure these nurses are treating their patients right,They have gotten used to doing what they want and still do it’s unacceptable

Words cannot express the care and attention that my father received here. I am forever grateful. The MICU and Palliative Care folks are amazing and wonderful! Everyone in this hospital is super friendly and kind.

Princeton Hospital have no compassion with a family who have lost a love one. Me and 6 other immediate family members came to visit my brother remains. They would only let two family members go and see him at a time, but the thing that frustrated the family is the staff had no compassion and was rude, the other family members who had to wait to go visit my brother , had to go back OUTSIDE(outdoors) and stand up and wait for the other family come back down before two more could up, we could not stay inside and they could of offer us to sit in the a waiting room or a family room something. No compassion AT ALL. Is this how you treat a family who have lost a love one, plus you need to better train your employees you have working at the door, she was rude. Don’t give me that it’s Company Policy because when my brother was alive the day before and in ICU the same amount of family was able to all go up and sit in the waiting room and take turns to go see him.

I am a patient at Princeton, I had an arteria gram done on the 11th of Feb. They needed to put in a stint but couldn't because they had gone through the wrist. They scheduled for the next day. Well, Friday my Dr comes in says we're going through the groin,ok. Well they bring me breakfast, I haven't eaten since 6 last night. The eggs were ok but that's all, then the nurse comes in,you weren't supposed to eat,we can't do the stint now. WHAT???!!! WHY DID THEY BRING THE DAMN TRAY IN MY ROOM???? NOT HAPPY!!!!! READY TO SNATCH THIS IV OUT AND WALK BACK TO WALKER COUNTY. WON'T USE PRINCETON FOR MY WORST EMEMY!!!!
