Excellent Food! Thank you! Carry out only however, very good. I personally highly recommend Roka. Website is very user friendly. Ron Cass is awesome chef/owner, and superb dishes. The Bread was great! The Shrimp and Scallops with Au Gratin was perfect. Did not appreciate the \band\ or \men\ staging in front or hanging out in and at the (it was about 30 degrees outside) door it was a bit annoying, confusing and difficult to tell or reach the hostess to confirm we were there. Recommend the hostess stage directly at and inside the front door. When they mean 5:25, they really mean 5:25. I liked how they wrapped each order in plastic to keep it warm.

If you visit Bisbee, which you definitely should if you're hip and love history, you must eat here. Fresh, flavorful, generous plates of Italian with a twist. A more adult type ambiance in here, so perfect for a romantic fun dinner or if you love delicious food. And very reasonable for 2 people.
My late wife and I loved Cafe Roka. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff was highly attentive and the food was delicious. When we lived in the area, we dined there several times. It was always an enjoyable experience.
Loved it! The staff were amazing. Very professional and fun! We had a fun 4 course meal and loved it. The menu changes regularly to make it more exciting. There are multiple levels to the cafe and each level is nicely decorated and it adds a lot to the ambience. Looking forward to going back! Only warning I have would be to go there with money to spend. It is a little pricey. But, it's well worth it.
Cowboys and miners, artists and hippies melt here in a politic free zone. You do you. I, me. We landed here 20 minutes before closing; welcomed by newfound family. The sourdough bread humble and homey. Cream of carrot soup warmed the heart, delighted the senses subtly. Loyal to the culture, we ordered the Roka Red: two parts Syrah blends plus something else that works. Buy, blend and believe. The beauty next to me ordered the appetizer; goat cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped dates. I was scared and remained like WHAT! I believe! Then the salad. Truth be known, salad is obligation food. I liked it. I ate it. Mom would be proud. Main course: she ordered the lightly blackened tuna with four dipping sauces. She said, “it was really good end of story.” My main boasted spicy house sausage and an explosive sauce screaming love of the Arizona desert and grace of some Italian goddess who shared her culinary divination.
