I hired this company to install my boat lift in OC, one of 4 houses that I own, the reason I mention the fact that I own other properties is to provide a perspective on construction in resort towns. My other homes are in Miami and the Florida Keys. After reading other reviews, but not knowing all the facts, I can state that most home owners do not know the challenges construction companies face, even more so in a resort town during the Pandemic. I do know a great deal about construction, I've been in it over 40 years. I chose this company after talking to the boat lift manufacture who gave them good reviews, and I'm glad I did!! You told me how long it would take up front and there were no surprises. You crew was clean and did an excellent job. If most of your clients lived in the Keys, they would be happy just to see you show up! The first interview process down here is \do they have a pulse\! OC should be happy to have you! I will see you this summer once I chose a boat. Note, I have already recommended your company to neighbors and will continue to do so! Take care, and thanks Freddie

A small family owned business doing the best they can. Through a global pandemic, an intense start to hurricane season, and the loss of a few employees. As a lady in the office I have been screamed at, cussed at, and threatened due to circumstances that are out of our control. The weather, permitting, and a global pandemic are all things we are unable to control. Please consider these things when writing these reviews or calling in. We are all truly doing the best we can in this crazy world we live in. May all stay safe, healthy, and happy in these trying times.

I contacted them pretty LATE in the season (March) to replace my dock that had finally pretty much disintigrated by the end of the Winter - they promtly came out to give me a fair estimate to replace it- it took about 4 months for new permitting and construction (its a known avg to take at least 4-6mos in the Spring season here in the Resort Area) to complete but the finished product was what was promised and more! They built me a dock to last at least another 30 yrs with the best marine materials to weather the tides and salt air. Jason built me a wonderful bench and Jessica, Kirby, Josh and Cody were very accommodating and professional to work with as well!
