RV Parts Department at this Great Falls store is great! I needed a part (LED ceiling light failed/ burned out). It is a Winnebago-specific part which they didn't have. But that didn't slow the fellow at the counter. He was creative and took the initiative to think outside the box to solve my problem. I now have all my lights on for the first time in two years. I couldn't be happier. As for RVs, The store had 5 used class A motorhomes, 1 class C motorhome and probably 100 each of 5th wheel and bumper pulls (during the RV shortage in the summer 2020).

My husband and I are new to the area and heard the RV Show ad on the radio. We went to “go look” .. We were welcomed right away by friendly staff and refreshments. While taking a peek around Ashleigh greeted us and asked if we had any questions. She promptly pointed us to suitable options for our SUV...Long story short we bought one. The entire experience was great. No question was left unanswered and no request was scoffed at. Ashleigh was so easy going and very knowledgeable. We appreciated their honesty and realism. We are looking forward to our future in the Bish’s RV family.

I have been way more than happy with Gardners/ Bishs RV! I bought a used motor home from them Oct 2019 & had upgrades done so I could boondock easier. Overall the sales & service have been exceptional. Aaron Danrauther, especially is so very knowledgeable & customer oriented. He & his crew have gone out of their way to fix any problems & issues that have sprung up with buying an older used unit. Even came to my house to fix a leak in the roof! I highly recommend the Great Falls location to any one!!

Ashleigh went out of her way to assist my wife and I as we began our search for a class C motor home. We live in Minnesota and she works in Montana. She has excellent customer service skills. We did end up buying a motor home we found closer to home but Ashleigh asked us a lot of good questions that helped us make a sound decision.

We had purchased a camper a year ago when the company was transitioning from Gardners to Bish’s and had nothing but problems. We would go on a trip and something would break. We took it in and they would fix it every time with no money out of our pocket. Finally we were done with the issues-sick of bringing it back to get work after every trip we went on. We brought it to Bish's and told them we wanted another camper and they MADE it happen. They took our lemon and got us into something great! We gave them another chance after our first fail and they went above and beyond. Jake, Same and Ryan and of course our salesmen (he was new but answered our questions or got the answer when needed) were AWESOME!! If you are in need of a camper HIT UP BISH’s and go see these guys!!
