New to Bracy, called for internet service. Was told unless i signed a two year contract they couldn't provide service. Two years!! I have a one year lease, STANDARD RESIDENTIAL LEASE, but they insist on two to save me money..hahahaha! NO, TO LOCK FOLKS INTO UNNECESSARY CONTRACTS SO EMPOWER CAN MAKE MONEY! EMPOWER...ISN'T THAT AN OXYMORON?

HORRIBLE internet service. Getting BIT was the worst mistake. Its ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the money. Your charged a certain amount of gigs but thats not what you get. I pay for 5 and I only run at a 2.49 at 95% of the time. They have monopolized the area so that no other service can be provided in this area. And they do this because they KNOW their service is NOT up to par and if they allow another company in they will be SHUTDOWN can no one would buy their trash they call internet services. I will be putting in a complaint with the FCC for false advertisement and continue to document what my speed numbers are everyday. I am not reading anything remotely close to 5 of what I'm paying for. This is highway robbery and I will continuously report to the FCC until I'm heard because if your going to monopolize the area at least make it worth the clients money and time. BIT claims to return your call and say they left a WHOLE message (lies) they just be dodging your questions. I have made an complaint that my service is not running to its full compacity and not ONE time have they offered to have a technician come out and take a look. But quick to tell me \from their end it looks good\ WELL OF COARSE IT IS, THATS WHAT THEY GET PAID TO SAY!! They been promising better service for years but still where they were back in 2010. Its a shame!!!

Not worth the 100 a month, speed changes to much, slows down alot if the bill wasnt so high i could deal with it, 3.8 MBPS is about what i get 90% of the time an to be honest n e thing under 10 MBPS should be about 30 a month
