Came in as a brand new fisherman and asked for help as a total newbie. Staff walked with me aisle by aisle, helping my choose the lures and hooks I needed. Extremely patient and helpful staff, above and beyond service. And as a plus.. I caught my first fish on my FIRST cast the next day using the lures they picked out for me. Fantastic!

Have been buying most of my fishing tackle from here for 20 years. Best stock of Shimano reels I have seen, I have bought my last 7 from them as a matter of fact. Very friendly staff, and quick to serve. Relined 5 spools for me last Sunday while I waited. All these fish were caught on Bitter Flukes!!!
