I wanted to express my appreciation for the professionalism and incredible customer service at Bixby Bikes. Aaron has helped me many times. He is incredibly knowledgeable and Is always willing to share his expertise with others. I have bought 2 bikes from Bixby bikes and have enjoyed learning more about cycling. It is not often that one finds a company that truly values its customers and which models integrity and positive interactions with customers. There are fewer and fewer places where one can receive the kind of service we have received at Bixby Bicycles. All of the staff have been accommodating, professional, and polite. Recently, my daughter brought a wheel and tire in to be repaired. I was trying to teach her a lesson about taking care of her things, and Aaron immediately sensed what was happening. He then discounted the tire so that she would have a more durable option, and then gave her a complete tutorial on how to change a tire. I will not buy a bike anywhere else as long as I am a Tulsa resident.

Been going to Bixby Bicycles for about a year for my cycling needs and never leave disappointed. The staff is very smart to all of the cycling products and has no problem spending time with the customers to educate them on the products and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. With the large selection of bikes and accessories it is definitely worth checking out.

The store has a great selection of products and the staff is fantastic. I went in looking for jerseys to buy for a century ride with friends and Buster got me hooked up with their rep for custom jersey printing. Though extremely busy with the current bike sales climate, Buster did a great job of following up with me and his rep to make sure the jerseys came out how I wanted them and on time. Excellent customer service. I'll be driving out of my way to shop here in the future.

The team at Bixby Bicycles was great to work with! My bike was in a little bit of rough shape and they fixed me up with a tune-up, new wheels, tires, new cables, and more. They gave me great recommendations for what would give me the greatest benefit for an upcoming Ironman Race for riding long distance over a hilly course. Without me even asking, they completed all of the work in 1 day to ensure I had my bike back ready to train over the weekend. My bike looks and feels brand new and definitely gives me much greater speed and better ride! I'd highly recommend Bixby Bicycles for new equipment or any work on your bike! Excellent service!
