UPDATE 3/2021: To date BKF decor solutions is holding 30,980 (the entire amount paid) even though they refused to manufacture and install the services they were paid for and didn’t deliver any of the material. It’s been almost 16 months since I paid them. I filed complaints with the city and state and today was forced to file a civil complaint to recover my money. BKF decor solutions and owners have made no reasonable attempt to solve the issue despite me offering a discount on the money they owe me and a payment plan. Their intent is obviously to keep money they didn’t earn. They acted maliciously and I’d say even criminally - pending judge decision as to whether they acted criminally. The owner, Eileen, sold me twice as much material as I needed despite having floor plans; charged me for material I didn’t order and attempted to blackmail to buy more from her to use a partial credit of the material she shouldn’t had charged me to begin with. She obviously did it with intention to defraud. She took advantage of my inexperience. I am reporting her to the authorities. UPDATE: Not all the case! The owner oversold material (nearly twice as much), said she would refund me and then blackmailed me in order to receive my refund!!! Wants me to give her more business to apply the money. She had held nearly 20,000 of my money since November 2019!!! Indicative of unethical behavior...this business sent communication making threats if I shared my experience with the public - which is illegal!!! There are laws that protects us consumers. Anybody interested in confirming what I say on my review feel free to comment and I will email the information!!! This business is a scam!

UPDATE: A lawsuit was filed in March of 2021 against BKF Decor Solutions and its owner, Eileen Alvarez. To date, this company is in possession of over 30,000 - they never reimbursed me or deliver the material purchase. They engage in deceptive practices. Be aware!!! I initially thought this store was great! I often promoted the store and sent customers to the store. However...when I first started my home renovation I had absolutely no idea of what I was doing. The owner, Eileen Alvarez, sold me 10 slabs of marble for a bathroom that only needed 5-6 (including extra for waste). She based her calculations on city of Miami floors plans and my interior designer plans. She also charged me nearly 8,000 of material that I had looked at but decided not to purchase. I spent over 30,000 at this store and was giving her the manufacturing of a kitchen island, a few bathrooms sinks and marble installations (another 18,000 - 22,000 worth). I realized she charged me for the material a couple of days after the purchase and she reassured me it was an innocent mistake and told me not to worry that she’ll credit it against the work I was going to do or reimburse me. I now know more about the project I am doing and after learning she oversold me material and her manufacturing cost was so much higher than other people in the area, I decided not to do the work with her. She then said she won’t reimburse me for the money she charged me for tiles I didn’t order unless I was giving her more work! This company defrauded me and stole from me! I am reporting them to the authorities. I gave her many chances to resolve the issue but they lack professionalism, integrity and are dishonest. They are also very over priced! You can get better prices in many other places.

I was at the show room recently because I was remodeling my Kitchen, Eileen showed me around the showroom and helped me pick out some marble slabs she gave me a discount and after looking at other places she gave me the best deal. 10/10 would do business here again superb customer service and lovely showroom.
