I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and care at Black Earth Veterinary Clinic. They are thorough, have answered any and all questions I have had and make quality of life based recommendations for my pets. I recently had a last minute trip out of town and needed to board my dog who was coming due for a vaccination needed for the kennel - they were able to squeeze me in on short notice so I didn't have to reschedule my trip or find a different option for boarding. It's little things like this that make a difference and I highly recommended this practice!

The team is excellent and you can tell they actually care about all the animals they see. Our dog Kona actually likes going to the vet...it might be because of the cheese she gets when she visits haha. I can't speak highly enough of the team and the care they give.

Few weeks ago I admitted to being unhappy with them putting forth NO effort to see my dog after I woke to him bleeding from a vasectomy they did rudely being told \were not gonna move aside other clients for your dog\ with no indication of that being what I was implying , simply asking is there anything you can do Do? It was 8am and I was in panic mode pleading watching my puppy bleed, and received no understanding! Just rudeness! I had to go elsewhere! today, I called them for help for my cat with a swollen eye, (18 yrs old) being given a 2pm appointment until I mentioned she was I'll 2weeks prior and had to go to spring green cause they had no appointments, tthey then told me they refused to see me!!! Aren't they as a vet supposed to worry for the care of ill animals and not be petty? Very unprofessional!
