I chose this moving company based on the reviews. I must say I agree I would highly recommend this company. I was scheduled for an afternoon move but received a call that they were actually able to come earlier so that worked even better! I have to give credit to Andrew and Peyton who did an awesome job. They arrived on time and finished in 3.75h just like I was quoted. They handled my furniture with care and overall they were very professional!! Whenever I do move again even though it will be a very long time I’m choosing Black Ops! Thanks for great customer service!

The were prompt, the price was exactly what they quoted, and they sent four great guys who worked pretty hard for over 3 hours. They adapted to our unique situation without question. When transferring boxes they could have been a little more diligent about making sure the heavy boxes were on the bottom, but they are used to packing and then unpacking themselves, not dealing with moving around loads from inexperienced packers.
Dillon and John did our move on Saturday and it was the most efficient move I have ever had. I had a 4th floor apartment, plus an additional stop moved to a house and they completed the move so quickly. (My last move with similar two stops, took 4.5 hours longer with three guys!) Not one single item was damaged. They did not damage our walls or floors. Not a scratch! They disassembled and reassembled everything and placed it in the rooms we wanted. They were prompt and courteous and super responsive throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend you use this company for your next move. Great work!!
I highly recommend!!! These guys were the best. They were professional and knowledgeable on how to move everything. Nothing was damaged during the move! They even helped take apart our workout equipment so it would fit through some tight doorways and hallways. Best Move yet!
They came highly recommended. Super impressed with the owner Dillan. He runs a top notch operation and I will use them again in the future for any moving needs I have. I would recommend them to anyone looking for real solid movers.
