Dr. Beckner and the rest of the staff at Companion Animal Clinic truly care about the health of your pets and want to make sure you're happy with your visit. The one time they made a mistake with the billing, the office manager Sarah immediately called me and corrected the mistake all while being extremely nice and apologetic. Highly recommended if you're looking for a vet in the area!
I cannot recommend the staff of Companion more highly! I came in this evening with my dog , for the first time EVER and were being friendly, attentive and responsive. Then of all things, my car broke down as I was leaving the appointment and not 1...not 2...but 3 employees came out to check on me and my kids while I was there and offered help. They even took my dog back in while I waited for a tow. Then, I couldn’t take her with me when I left and they are kindly boarding her overnight. I seriously cannot thank them more. They are the best and most kind animal clinic I’ve been to yet! Definitely go here. 5 stars ️!! Thanks so much!
Fergus (and I) love Companion, the doctors and staff for many reasons, but the personal, compassionate care we always receive there is extraordinary. Even when something not so pleasant is in store, Fergus is excited to be there and gives/receives so much love.
