David is an amazing host! It's always fun coming here for a party or a more casual event like a BBQ. They've got an entertainment system with a laser light show. The place had smart lighting, so the colors change with the mood. During the cold season it's nice to take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. A shower is required, and bathing suits are strongly discouraged. New Years is a big event here. Everybody comes to celebrate.
