Foss does an excellent job in teaching kids to swim. The water is warm. The air is warm (almost too warm!). The instructors are helpful and friendly. My only issue is that the prices are quite high — but I do agree that water safety is incredibly important. I simply see it as a barrier for potential lower-income families.

We love Foss Swim School in Blaine! Our oldest daughter has been attending swim lessons since August of 2019. This Spring we are excited to enroll our 1 year old into classes. They are doing a great job with covid precautions/protocols. I feel safe taking my kids to lessons here. The facility is clean and the remodeling of locker rooms/changing stations/changing rooms are wonderful. The instructors/staff are all professional and genuinely kind and patient. They work well as a team and assist each other if a little swimmer is having a difficult time in the pool. Our daughter was three when she started lessons. One lesson- she was upset and did not want to enter the pool. The instructors had a protocol how to manage these situations, and within a few minutes they helped her feel safe to enter the pool to enjoy the rest of her lesson. Keep up the great work, we appreciate all that you do. We highly recommend Foss Swim School in Blaine!

Foss has been the most amazing place. We have had our children there since they were babies and I recommend it to any parent. The instructors are so intentional and do their very best to work with each child individually to help them learn the best way they can. The skills my children have learned from this swim school will stay with them forever. Their love for water has only increased from their time at Foss.

We have been swimming with Foss in Blaine for 10 years and we love it! Both of my daughters are strong swimmers and continue to improve. We've had some great instructors over the years but this session we love Jaime and Alexis.

Foss Swim School is an amazing way to introduce your kids to swimming and to keep them loving it. Warmer water, small class sizes, and a consistent curriculum have helped my kids to excel!

My son, to be honest, was beyond apprehensive to enter a pool. He was the one screaming! From Day 1 foss was there to comfort him, reassure him he was in a safe space, and help him grow! Fast forward to the end of his second session and he and his teacher are friends, he loves swimming, and after every lesson asks how many days until he gets to swim again. Thank you foss!
