Luna did a great job with custom size Stainless Steel chimney cap assembly and installation in timely manner and fair pricing . Cleaned Chimney also -Good Job Luna. i can recommend them .

Over a month since sweep, and no quote. Was told \unsafe to use\. No issue with wanting to do the repairs, but still just cant even get a quote. Called once and was given a nasty attitude.

Had a rusted out Chimney cap/flashing on the outside of the House. It was leaking and causing water to seep between the vinyl and the chimney stack. Luna came out measured the cap/flashing and gave me a very fair quote for a stainless steel replacement. After I approved the work they came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job installing the cap/flashing. Highly recommend!

They never get back to when you want work performed. They sell poor quality stoves. I would avoid and use another sweeping company. I predict, with their customer service, as well as their poor products they push, that they will not last much longer in this area.

Fantastic experience! Recently purchased and new home that has a big cast iron stove downstairs. We have never had a wood burning stove before so we called Luna and they came out in a few days to do a cleaning and inspection. Matt and I believe Arron were our technicians. They did a great job cleaning the stove and explaining how everything worked. It was very helpful. I would highly recommend them!
