Pretty good place. You pull in the driveway, check in at the shipping/receiving shed and then you pull up and a fork lift operator will come and let you know when you can back up to a portable ramp for unloading. I had a 8am appointment and got started on right away. It’s a pretty big place and it would be nice if they allowed you to come at night park on the lot and then get unloaded in the morning but it looks like there are gates to get in that close at night. 1 maybe 2 trucks might be able to fit in the driveway before the gates though, not sure if allowed but worth a shot.

Just like all Universal Forest Prod places, they are a complete joke. No matter when your appt time is, expect at least a 3 he wait because there to stupid to figure out what there doing .....
