I had the privilege of speaking to an amazing gentleman by the name of Willy let me tell you something about Willy for those of you looking for a guy who will cuss you he is the guy. For someone who seems to have those choice words when asked about his bills pick this guy. If you are looking for a company who will charge you and not give reason for outrageous bills pick this guy. If you are looking for rudeness again pick this guy. He can call you names and then explain in his way just how crocked your industry is all the while telling you just how he knows what he is doing yet can not prove what he has done. I would love to go more into detail about Mr. Willy but I would rather you get the first hand experience. By the way the receptionist is sweet as can be if anyone would like to take her from him would be nice.

On my way home from work - I was traveling WB 287 when one of their service trucks starts tailgating me for going the speed limit. As it is a two lane highway and 5 o’clock rush hour there is heavy traffic. Two of their employees thought I wasn’t driving fast enough and decided to pass me ON THE LEFT SHOULDER and almost side swiped me to get back on the road because the shoulder ran out. Have it all on dash camera. Called into the main office as it was happening and at least the receptionist was very sweet- the one star is for her.
We had a situation where 4 separately owned homes were blocked at the same time and discovered their lines were connected before the city main. Blann’s required that we pay the full amount of 1000 before they would begin their work so one owner agreed to pay him up front and let the other owners pay after the job was done. Blann’s agreed to charge 250 per line. As one of the homeowners involved I agreed to be the one to watch and verify which homes were cleared. Blann’s billed us for all 4 even though only 2 drains were cleared. The owner who paid in advance, tried to get the money refunded for the homes that were not cleared and Blann’s said they ran all 4 lines. When I called to let the owner know I was a witness and they did not clear all 4 lines, he told me to go jump in the lake and hung up. It was clear he decided he already had our money and wasn’t interested in anything that might separate him from any of it. UPDATE: 24 hours later all 4 homes were blocked again. Still waiting to hear what they plan to do about it. UPDATE: The owner of Blann’s told us he did the job, that was that and don’t call back. We called Deaton Plumbing and they did a great job for less than half the cost for the same amount of time and with a lot less mess. Plus, they didn’t have us pay till the job was done.
I am so appreciative of the work that they do. They're so fast, reasonably priced and professional. They fix it the first time. I can't brag on them enough!
Preston and Carlos came out to my apartment this morning due to a leak in my apartment due to a blockage from upstairs. They were very nice and professional. They both were ready to figure out the problem and did so in a timely manner!!!
Carlos and Preston came out to work on my plumbing, they were professional, personable, and efficient. They are the type of employees every company should strive to have!
I'm just confused as to why these guys are right outside my apartment at 10:30 at night with a loud truck. I don't appreciate that when my sick 1 year old is trying to sleep.
I use them with my current employer and will continue to use them in the future for personal and company issues. The owner is local, honest, humble and hardworking. His crew members and himself will take the time and breakdown the problem and how to fix it. They are reasonably priced and do good work.
