Awesome team here. Went in to look at bibs and possibly a ski trade in for a snowboard. The staff got my trade in no problem and the techs helped me pick out a new Lib Tech board in no time at all, listening to my preferences and recommending me boards and drilling down to what I wanted in the end. Super helpful and not pushy at all, will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Clerks are nice. I went there for snowboard boots heat molding. It is hard to find place to do professional heat molding in Pittsburgh. And Fox chapel has the machine to do the job. 50 for the service. I BELIEVE it is free if you buy your ski/snowboard boots there.
The staff is tremendously knowledgeable, and was able to help me out together a great kit. However, upon unpacking my gear, I noticed that the alternate lenses on the set of goggles I had purchased were blurred and difficult to see through. I went back less than a week later to see if they could help me, and I was told to take it up with the manufacturer. I'm sorely disappointed that the excellent service mentioned by so many others stops the minute you walk out the door.
Always top notch, friendly service and good prices. Our go-to ski shop since we moved to Pittsburgh. A great family run business- we look forward to officially beginning our ski seasons with an annual visit here!
Pete is incredible. I am between a beginner and intermediate ski level and Pete got me the best pair of boots that will get me to that next level and keep me there for several years. We tried on many brands and focused on the little details to find the right fit.
