I highly recommend this business! We purchased plantation shutters for all windows on the front of our house. The sales rep who came to our house was knowledgeable and quoted us a very competitive and reasonable price. Later, when our new puppy chewed one of the slats through, they replaced the slat free of charge! Excellent customer service and the product is beautiful!

Do not use this company!!! I went through them by home depot and when the sales person came out they showed us a sample of what the shutters would look like (inside the window) and after we signed the papers and got an install date they installed the shutters with brackets outside the window, over the crown molding! We never requested outside brackets and told us that we need to deal with it and get used to it... stay far away from this company. I spoke to the owner and I assured him we didn't agree to outside bracket and yet he (not being understanding or trying to come to a resolution), said that this is how we do them in Georgia! I have had plantation shutters and 2 previous home and they weren't like this. Speaking to an owner of a company you would hope they would try to be understanding or come to a resolution but he didnt want to neither attempt to resolve the issue. Its really unfortunate that i have to right a review, file a dispute, and send a complaint to the BBB because of company negligence and not explaining look, design and purpose during the initial consultation. They were deceptive in their sales consultation, and their answer for everything is for us to deal with it.

The shutters and blinds are great, but the service seemed incompetent, taking four extra weeks to receive our shutters, including after multiple trips by the installers, each time with something wrong. We were told the shutters would take 30 days. It took two months. The installers came and installed some, but the shutters for the largest set of windows in our kitchen had parts missing. The next time the installers came (a week or so later), they had the missing parts but thought they left the original parts here (they had brought them back to the warehouse). The next time the frames had no hinges. The installers said they had never seen that before. Finally, on the fourth visit, the shutters were installed, but only because the installer decided to attach hinges on his own. Blinds By Noon made us wait much too long for the price that we paid. The installer said he would recommend that we receive a gift card or something similar as compensation for having to wait so long and have so many visits....at least that we would receive a telephone call from Blinds By Noon or HomeDepot. We received nothing. Blinds By Noon took twice as long as they told us and they never apologized. Again, blinds and shutters are great, but the service was terrible and seemingly incompetent.
