A disappointing experience from start to end. Online booking system had different availability than calling 800 #. Maria, the \design consultant\ I was assigned, was rude despite my attempts at hospitality, seemed impatient with my questions, kept making it difficult to upgrade from my initial economy mindset (I kept wanting to ask her if she didn't want my business), and seemed too tired to want to be meeting with me. Our meeting was the day before the offices closed for the holidays and she didn't bother getting my order in the system before leaving. When i called TWO WEEKS after the new year (mid-January) my order had not yet been entered. She couldn't tell me the proper and accurate pricing for my order, despite her having called me to give me the price (!!!). And when i tried to reach her after finding out my order still had not been submitted, it was a day and a half before i heard from her. The company had no way to reach her and I had to call Montreal HQ to leave a message for someone in Paramus, NJ. By that time i decided it wasn't worth the effort and was going to cancel. The design consultant finally called me back a day and a half later and said, \Ok you want to cancel.\ Took some info and said goodbye. Literally zero interest in knowing why or trying to retain me as a customer. I felt something was at play - either bias or something else. Whatever it was i got my blinds from elsewhere and installed for less than BTG. and with far better customer service.

I’m changing my review to 4 stars. They came back! Blinds factory issue was resolved. Customer service was shaky but after few calls they came back and installed my missing defective one. Installer was very nice. Third time using their services. First and second times everything went smoothly. This time one of my blinds had a factory defect. Our installer returned it to the store for repairs. Currently getting the runaround from the store that they will ever install and now they have our blinds and our money. I’m hoping they’ll call me and have it installed in no time. I hope I get the call from them soon as my room doesn’t look right with two new shades and one old one.
