The shopping experience was very pleasant. Obaydah explained everything to us, and showed us the different plantation shutter styles. We took advantage of a sale that week and purchased 3 double and 5 single window shutters at a very fair price. Installation by Uzi was professional, precise, and painless. He was in and out in under 4 hours. We are completely happy from start to finish.

TIFFANY P is an amazing employee and helped me so much! We ordered over 3,000 worth of blinds and love our product. However, we needed spacers and I was told to contact customer service. After doing so I spoke with representative by the name of Caprian at the 1-800 number, he was rude, disrespectful and showed no regard for our order. On multiple occasions he spoke negatively about the physical store in Allentown and said that they were promising things that don't exist. Also, after being on hold for over 45 minutes, and requesting a supervisor, he laughed at me and said, "Well, I guess that's your bad luck." Needless to say I was disappointed in BlindsToGo customer service. I decided to call the Allentown location and to my surprise they were closed due to a fire, so I reached out to the next closest store in King of Prussia. I reached Tiffany P. at the store, not only was extremely polite but she asked me what had happened and apologized for the disrespect from the employee via the 1-800 number. She listened to my concern, asked me questions about what I needed and then proceeded to address my need for spacers. She explained how to use them and that I could come pick them up for a price or she could send. Due to the location and distance, I chose to have them sent. However, I wish I could have met her and thanked her for the time she took out of her day to show respect for the customer, respect for humans, kindness and understanding. She changed my mind about ever doing an online order with BTG and to always choose the store! She is truly a gem and I wish her nothing but the best. I hope someone realizes that she is the example to follow and not the other employee
Purchased several blinds from Blinds To Go and was very happy with the whole experience. Lauren worked with us to help us choose the styles. The Blinds look very nice! Had them installed by Uzi (?) who was great. He worked quickly and did an excellent job! Will definitely use them again!
