I had the most amazing experience at Bloom Dental. This office treated me like family and took exceptional care of me. I had a very intense dental surgery including a sinus lift and placement of multiple implants. Dr. Yousefi and Dr. K have the most up to date technology and expert experience. I am beyond pleased with the work they did for me. So happy to have my smile back!! Highly recommend

I recently moved to the area from New York City and was looking for a dentist who prided themselves in customer service as I've had my fair share of disappointing dental cleaning experiences in the city. In addition to a dental cleaning, I was also interested in being examined for a mouth guard as I noticed that I grind my teeth at night recently. Cleanliness: 5/5: I was very impressed by their sanitizing practices. By far the cleanest office I've been to, and cleanliness is something I pay particular attention to because I'm a self-proclaimed germophobe. Customer service: 5/5: I saw both Dr. K and Dr. Yousefi during my visit and was very impressed by both their abilities to make their patient feel comfortable, listen to their concerns, make the experience as painless as possible all while being transparent. They dedicate their time and entire attention to their customer, which is something that doesn't go unnoticed. They aren't interested in just rushing you out the door to serve their next patient. I went back to the office two weeks later to pick up my mouth guard that they had taken impressions for during my cleaning appointment and the level of service and attention to detail was no different. Customer experience: 5/5: Making an appointment was very easy, they sent me the forms I needed to fill out ahead of time (and electronically), which saved time when I got to the office. I appreciated the text reminders of my appointment. During my visit, I liked that there was a screen on the wall in front of me where I could see the x-rays of my teeth and they could explain (in detail) their areas of concentration and focus. They provided me with a menu and let me choose my fluoride flavor and even finished my visit with a relaxing lavender hot towel. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. K and Dr. Yousefi for dental needs.

Everyone that I've interacted with at Bloom have been amazing. I hate going to the dentist but they make the process as painless as possible. I found them due to a dental emergency and I keep going back to them because of their professionalism and the quality of care. I've since moved away from Arlington but I plan to keep coming back here due to the service.

I have moved quite a few times and consequentially been to a lot of dentists over the past few years. I can genuinely say this is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Dr K., as well as the rest of the staff, are extremely thorough in their care and very friendly. Dr. K is not only very skilled, but this is the first dentist I have ever seen, where I did not feel rushed -- she took the time to personally handle things, make sure I understood everything and make sure I was comfortable, instead of pushing me off to the hygienists (who are great here), like I have had at many other practices. Additionally, they employ a variety of technologies and imaging techniques, beyond just X-Rays, as standard practice, so you can really understand what is going on inside your mouth, much more so than I have ever experienced before. Lastly the office is very modern and clean feeling, making me feel safe to come here during COVID. Highly recommend this practice.
