Horrible we had an appointment and the staff appears to have no showed with no update or attempt to change our appointment or move it to a different location. I would look anywhere else, and only come here as a last resort. I'll reiterate after the response left by the company they never tried to reschedule our appointment, they never informed the other locations they were closed, and they never left a note on the door, truly not acceptable. I'm glad to hear the staff is doing well, but I wonder why there was not one healthy person in management to do basic communications / customer management (or even in a different location that could pick up basic slack).

I love this particular location. The service is speedy, and the employees are always PLEASANT NICE SMILING INTERACTIVE, and INFORMATIVE. I came for a drug screening for a new job, and also got information for my flu shot. Very nice office, highly recommend.

I visited this location because I thought I had a kidney stone and after my urinalysis confirmed a UTI (which my PCP already prescribed antibiotics for), the doctor I saw recommended I drink cranberry juice in addition to the antibiotics prescribed. The doctor I saw advised if I was concerned about gaining weight to drink a diet version of cranberry juice. I've lost close to 80lbs since last year and didn't appreciate this kind of comment from a doctor who knew nothing about me, or my history beyond my visit that day. The comment was unnecessary and quite frankly rude and should never have been said in the first place. She was efficient otherwise, but I felt like I was being lectured instead of helped. For anyone concerned about kidney stones, they cannot check for that here. I should have called ahead to confirm which is on me, but they also didn't tell me they couldn't check for this until after the initial consult when they checked my vitals. Not worth the 150.
