We are a leadership development consultancy.We base our work on science, mainly neuroscience, how the brain works. We use Bloomfire in two main ways. As a social learning site for our clients. This is a brain-savvy way of learning. as it is community based, we are social beings; allows people to learn via a channel that suits them and can be carried out in chunks. We have also created our own study group site. Bloomfire has been a great success. As the owner I also find it easy to use. A must as I am not the most IT savvy

Bloomfire is a user-friendly social platform that enables users to post, question, and consume information on a user-friendly platform that helps drive engagement and learning. It's genius is in its simplicitiy and user design/interface. The mobility app function is fantastic and separates them from their competition and was a primary driver for us using their tool. Their staff is FANTASTIC! Very customer-focused and very responsive to our needs so you truly feel the value of the partnership. Their product has made a significant difference in connecting our training community that is distributed nationally and helping us capture the tribal knowledge in the team and encourage them to share, connect and support one another. We've had so much success that we are expanding from our 50 users to all of our 500 service providers nationally.
Our company launched our Bloomfire community in January to help our employees (1,800 people spread across nearly 40 offices and 5 countries!) share knowledge and get to know each other. It's been an overwhelming success, big thanks in part to the Bloomfire team. They are always open to our suggestions and feedback, and continually work to improve the platform. Like many other companies, we are dealing with an aging workforce. We have highly skilled, knowledgeable engineers who are looking toward retirement. With them will go their years of insight and expertise. Bloomfire has enabled us to create an environment where we can capture some of that "tribal knowledge". Our employees can go in at anytime, from anywhere and post their suggestions and best practices using any format they prefer. The ability to capture this knowledge in a way that can easily be accessed and searched is invaluable.
INVALUABLE!!! I manage one of our many communities within Bloomfire and love, love, love what it has done for our company. The learning opportunities for employees is endless and it has really given others an opportunity to be the teacher.
