Easy to find in a plaza. Maybe it's because of covid, there was lot's of stuff out. Like out of stock, empty shelves on certain parts of store. Staffing they need for sure. My cashier however was really nice.

Katie (if that is indeed her name, a basic looking white girl) has terrible customer service! A tree has more personality then her. Went in today and asked her to get a costume for my daughter from the back, you could tell she didn’t want to help from the beginning.. but I waited about 20 minutes.. and as I stood by the checkout lane I see her walk out..she said goodbye to the cashier and was apparently done with her shift! She didn’t return with the costume I asked for nor provide an update. She looks lost and is incompetent! While we were shopping I noticed she only offered help to one family (white) and that was all.. how sad, she must lead a miserable life! I guess they can’t get better people to hire lol. As a recruiter of 10 yrs I would consider her a body to fill in a spot so I guess the job suits her. Lol
Tried to palce an online order and couldn’t, decided to go in and grab a few balloons. There was one gentleman at the register- picking up phone calls, running the register, and blowing up balloons. On the side 2 girls behind the register talking and doing absolutely nothing. One more girl was putting up decorations for halloween by the entrance. I decided to ask one of the two standing to fulfill my order and got the eye roll.... After a little over one hour I left with my helium tank, plates, decorations and all 7 foil balloons blown up.... This wasn’t my first time at this location and it wasn’t my first lousy experience- but definitely not looking forward to coming to this location again.
