I find it interesting that there are several complaints from members about people not wearing masks. I have found the opposite experience where there is too much in the enforcement of wearing masks. I have recently canceled my subscribed because I don't appreciate being called out for my mask just slipping below my nose while in the midst of running in the tone it was received. To all of the members that are worried about people not wearing masks, it's simple, just don't go if you don't feel safe. The spacing is adequate and I believe the staff is trying to keep the place clean, but that is also up to the members to clean up after themselves as well. I would consider coming back if it wasn't like I being watched like a hawk if my mask falls a little.

Nice gym, clean, plenty of equipments. My only complaint was their lack of customer service at night. It was past midnight and I had a question on my way out but I couldn't find anyone at the desk because they were too busy eating their food on the massaging chair. These women saw me waiting for a few minutes, but instead of getting up to help me they continued eating. I thought if there is no one manning the service desk, only one of you should go on break or have the decency to get up and help your customer?!!

REALLY great staff! I accidentally made a mistake with my membership, totally my fault, & the corrected MY mistake for me! I’m actually SHOCKED. Every other gym i’ve ever belonged to has made things very difficult. Thank you to Richard (manager) who went out of his way to help me, it seriously meant a lot to us in these difficult times!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

Good fitness, they have more machines than the Addison location and it’s also a bit bigger. I liked the Addison location when I first started , because it’s smaller but it can get crowded, whereas this one will always have space for everyone. The staff is friendly, my first day there they showed me around and answered all my questions :)

No enforcement of mask wearing. Plus the facility was filthy compared to other facilities for example in Waukesha WI.
