Jl Jordan is very dishonest and not professional. I was behind in my rent, which I caught up, and asked him to give me the final balance. Which I know the balance, just want to make sure that we where on the same page. Jordan added an extra 150 to my balance, he didn't realize I kept all the rent ledger they sent me. I told him that you are off by 150, Jordan then going to give me a breakdown on a piece of paper that he wrote down some figure. I quickly screen shot the rent ledger and sent it to him, didn't hear back from him about that at all...thief. The next thing was before he took over the property, I had put a bad review on line about the previous Management company. Jordan stated that if I remove that review that he would credit me my 600 money order that we sent in. Which the other Management company probably stole. I told him sure, once I have seen that my account have been credited I will remove it or update. That never happened, I gave him proof that we paid the 600 money order(the Management company signed for it, my bank statement for 600), but Jordan stated that it was not enough proof.
