Sam at Above All Floors did a great job with my 90 year old wood floors. When I bought the house they were hidden under carpet and scratched and banged up in some places. He sanded to remove old finish and get the defects out, applied new finish, and also fixed a number of places where the wood needed patched. After I had looked it over and paid for the completed job, I found one more small spot needing fixed that none of us had noticed before. Sam happily came back and took care of it even though he'd already got the check. Honest and good communication throughout the process. The work was started and finished right on schedule. I would definitely recommend Above All Floors.

Had our red oak floors redone in our 100 yr old home. They look brand new! We are so happy with the job that Chris did. We had them done when we were scheduled to be out of town, so they came in and completed the work while we were gone. Came home to wonderful new floors! Chris also was very communicative about when they were coming, and also gave us lots of useful info about caring for the floor. He's very nice and I'm looking forward to working with him again on redoing our upstairs. Very reasonably priced also, when compared to a few other places we looked into.
Timely and very professional crew. Chris Eads is a great guy, knows his floors well, and communicated effectively throughout the project. Our floors look great, and seem like they are holding up really well, it's been about 6 months and they still look like the day he finished them!
