If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to ignored as if you were a walking plague come here. I walked around for 15 minuets trying to find someone to help me find something. I even went as far to stand near the checkout like and literally they wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I can’t believe the lack of customer service here.

Great experience at Bauer Hockey Experience this weekend! I was really looking forward to shopping here and it didn’t disappoint! Great facility with everything Bauer makes. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I was slightly disappointed to learn that Bauer no longer owns the store and in fact is owned and operated by Pure Hockey. But as long as they keep stocking their store with Bauer gear, I’ll be a lifelong customer!
