What a efficient and thoughtful delivery person!! We had a delivery for my dad and Jordon K went out of his way to call and confirm and make sure his timing would work for the delivery. I am not sure I have ever had that courtesy before!! Thank you Jordon for you for your kindness and professionalism in delivery items for my dad. I really appreciate you!!

Have been trying to get a CPAP machine from them for the past 4 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks they said they hadn't recieved my sleep results or my insurance when no one asked for my insurance. Then I called a week later and they said they still hadn't gotten my sleep results. Come 4 weeks and I've been hung up on twice by the customer service. Extremely rude and wish I hadn't even spent my time on this

WELL, I’VE LIVED ALL OVER THE WORLD AND DONE BUSINESS WITH MANY DIFFERENT COMPANIES - THESE FOLKS TAKE THE CAKE!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLACE MORE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED. THE FIRST VISIT THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING, THE MINUTE THEY GOT PAID (Well over a thousand dollars) THEY FORGOT WHO WE WERE. THE REGULAR STAFF SEEMS TO BE TERRIBLY OVERWORKED AND EXHAUSTED. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE OWNER/MANAGER TO GET SOME QUESTIONS ANSWERED, I WAS GIVEN A CARD OF ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, AND WAS TOLD SHE WOULD GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE.I COULD NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER WITH THIS GROUP.I DIDN’T KNOW PLACES THIS BAD COULD BE IN BUSINESS IN MINNESOTA! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEY ARE GETTING 2.4 OUT OF 5. DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS!!!!!! THE FIRST COMPLAINT I FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE .THE OWNER RESPONDED WITH DENIAL AFTER DENIAL. I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE SAME RESPONSE TO THIS LETTER. I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE MN DEPT OF HEALTH, MEDICARE, AETNA FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION. MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU OLDER PATIENTS WHO DONT HAVE THE TIME ,ENERGY, FORTITUDE TO GO AFTER THESE TYPES OF BUSINESSES. TO THOSE OF YOU WITH PARENTS WHO NEED SERVICES, PLEASE DONT TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO I REALLY THINK I WILL GET AN HONEST REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY? WELL, IF PAST BEHAVIOR IS THE BEST INDICATOR OF FUTURE BEHAVIOR, I’m NOT BETTING ON IT!!!!!!
