Betty and Dan are great at helping people find their home when in search of one. Fan is extremely knowledgeable of the makes and models of these manufactured homes. He will deliver, place, and hookup your home and just the same if someone relocating. His two man team work their tails off for him making sure his, Betty’s and Dodge City Homes reputation stays in the upmost respected fashion.

I called and spoke with Dan today on 05/02/2019. He took the time to walk my husband and I through the necessary steps to have our mobile home moved. He took 38 minutes to provide excellent customer service and had answers to many of our questions. He provided a quote and accepted the job. He seems very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to receiving his help, especially since he's been in the business 38 years! I will update this review with further information within the next month or so after delivery of our home. So far I rate Dodge City 5 stars for -excellent customer service -effective listener and communicator -knowledgeable about facts pertaining to mobile home transport I will leave this review open for future revisions in reference to quality of work and delivery, etc.
Staff has always been helpful to me. When I hired them to move a trailer the man went out of his way to make it mobile with no extra fee. Today they offered friendly advice over the phone. Busy company. Thanks Dodge City!
Got a quote for a transport and it was decent. I accepted his quote. Told him my final move date. Offered a down payment. Emailed him several times without returns except one, saying he needed to do a site visit with a date. He never showed. Called the office several times, never spoke with him. I just so happened to always \just\ miss him. Never got return calls. I'm two days away from final move date without transport.
Amazing job every time! Very caring and helpful through the entire moving process. I wouldnt want anyone else moving my home!
