Wanted a TAP got off early from work drove across town to get the tap.. checked on Google store hours OPEN TILL 5.... Get to the store to my surprise store was open people inside \LOBBY CLOSED\ reduced store hours....you know covid.. called talked to lady on the phone I told her I needed a tap.. unfortunately since you don't have an account we can't help you... didn't in anyway try and rectify a solution to get my TAP because I was the little guy no ACCOUNT..THERE WAS STAFF IN THE STORE 3 OR 4 EMPLOYEES!!!! THIS IS WHY LOCAL BUSSINESS IS FAILING UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ON HOW BUSSINESS WORKS I NEW WHAT TAP/PRODUCT I WANTED YET SITTING IN THERE PARKING LOT WITH CASH COULDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED... WILL NOT BE USING FASTENAL EVARRRR AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMEND THERE LACK LUSTER SERVICE TO ANYBODY.. AMAZON EVERY FASTENER FOR ME FROM HERE ON OUT SORRY...

Poor service. Made no effort to transfer parts from other locations to meet delivery date. Slow and expensive compared to other options.

Most of the fastenals close early. Or the show room/floor isn’t open. Stopped trying to go to them and just take my money elsewhere now. Complete inconvenience!!!!! Zero stars ️. This one closes floor at three evidently.

Best place to get parts and if they do not have it there they will order it and for ya within two to three days. The people there are always great and willing to do everything to help you out.
