I was met at the entry by Samantha who was very professional and charming. She brought me in the office where she introduced both Maria and Jessica. While maintaining covid guidelines, the office/sales team left no stone unturned in explaining the process and cost to me. Sam generated an estimate and schedule as she offered upgrades and accessories which I felt like a kid in a candy store. The coolest thing was that I received a progress update via text during the production of my trailer after each phase had been completed. That was special. Had a custom dump truck built and it was made just like I ask. Very strong and sturdy, great craftsmanship from the IE folks. Before I took the trailer they made sure everything was functioning properly. Indeed I will buy again from IE Trailers.
