There was time to share personal stories of skates. Scott (proprietor), 'So, how long have you been skating?' me (hobo on wheels), \Longer than I can remember.\ me(pleased to have driven from Decatur), \And how long have had a skate shop?\ Scott (a sport coat gent), \ Longer than memory.\ A personal touch,\ of what would you like to drink?\ while the machine molded the boot to my feet, is a treat not found in franchise box stores.

Large shop, friendly people, excellent service. I wish there is something more than a 5 star :) Scott Johnston helped me and my friend find the most suitable pair of figure skates. He and his staff know a lot about skating! I will absolutely return and recommend this place to people around me.

Helped me get my kids sized and fitted for their first pairs of hockey skates. Very nice guy with a cool shop! (You have to go through a nondescript door and vestibule to get there)

Good service as always, but the first photo that comes up on Google Maps is the old location. Putting a front door photo of the new location will help finding the new store easier. Thanks!
