Palace Events is the perfect place to decorate your wedding. I rented wall draping, up lighting, ceiling draping and even had bulb lights with the ceiling draping as well. I had a specific vision from the start that I knew I wanted and they were able to deliver it and then some! With coronavirus I had last minute changes that I had to make for my ceremony and they were able to accommodate it with no questions asked. They even allowed to meet with me again just to relieve some stress and make sure we were on the same page (even though there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that we were)! The whole place looked amazing and we are still getting comments on how great it looked. They were absolutely amazing.

Palace Events was very responsive (emailed back within 10 minutes every time), punctual (the men put up and took down the very large tent on time and were extremely respectful), and accommodating (they organized a wedding reception in literally 15 days, due to the pandemic rescheduling). Their prices are reasonable considering they do all the work -- set up, tear down, etc. They have a large selection of chairs, tables, etc. that will work within nearly any budget for any sort of event. Would recommend them for your reception -- you will be content with the experience.
Our wedding at Ewing Manor in Bloomington, Illinois last month was absolutely perfect! We met with Mike initially and he helped us to figure out what we might need for our wedding in the early planning stages and helped work with us within our budget. Courtney was awesome in coordinating along the way for the next year and a half. Super friendly and responsive - she always emailed or called right back and was very helpful. Vanessa did an amazing job being our go-to person on our wedding day. Everything was taken care of, down to the very last detail, and she kept everything running smoothly. Vanessa also kept it open-ended so if we wanted anything different than planned, she was flexible and made it happen. Honestly, hiring Palace Events was the decision ever! I truly appreciate all the help and support through the entire process. Thank you to everyone who was involved in making our wedding day absolutely perfect!!
In late October 2020, we hosted an outdoor wedding reception for our daughter. Palace Events was the most important part of the planning process. With a very professional, responsive, and personal approach, they helped us organize and personalize each detail Mike, Courtney, and the entire team worked well with all of the vendors, and they created a beautiful and very comfortable setting for our family and friends. The tent, layout, and rentals were perfect, and the coordinating package allowed us to focus 100% on enjoying the day. Thank you Palace Events!!!
As soon as we hired Palace Events for our wedding day, the herculean task of planning a wedding in Bloomington from the east coast went to the wayside. Palace didn't just cover our planning, they also covered all our rentals, hooked us up with a Deejay, and were present to support ALL of our wedding whims. They did all the set up and tear-down of an extensive reception design such that during the day of the wedding, we just had to merely show up. And the prices were extraordinarily affordable for the service they provided. The wedding day was absolute perfection due in large part to Palace's involvement.
