Victoria and Lauren are amazing!!! I was on a mission to do my step daughters hair neon green for her bday and I had no idea where to start, and when I walked into Sally's I received so much help from these two! I wouldn't have been able to do it without them! They walked me through everything I needed and answered all my questions! And than they also introduced me to the Sally rewards to save money! They even entered in old receipts to get my points for those. So I recommend if you are a hair dummy like me go see them because they are so nice and helpful! Thanks to them my daughter got her hair done right for her bday!!!

Vee was so helpful! She made my day. I had such a hard time finding what I was looking for for a trimmer and she was so prompt in answering my questions and getting me set up with what I was looking for which was my baret trimmer ! Thank you for the great customer service it’s tough to come by these days !

The staff is a mixed bag, but they arent too negatively impactful on the experience. The stock is really well rounded for all beauty needs, especially ethnic. I would only ask that they have more skin products.
