I am very appalled at the customer service I received just now from this company. I'm not from the area and have no idea who to call for structural engineering jobs. Upon my call I was told from the lady on the phone \I am busy\, after asking \how are you today\? I apologized for calling because I would hate to interrupt their work day if she \is busy\ I was then asked \Are you a real person\? Well of course I am! I told her o would go to not bother her during this \busy time\, but she insisted to transfer me. I told her a residential remodel and need a structural engineer. Their website says \FULL SERVICE\, but full service they are not. I was transferred to Scott. Which seemed to be his cell phone. I'm giving this 1 star rating because Scott was honest and let me know they do not deal with residential homes. Their secretary needs to get ahold of herself and allow customer service to come first and whatever her issue was needs to come last. I'm glad they do not deal with residential homes because of this experience , I'm not sure we would be taken care of or even appreciated as a paying customer.
