Horrible customer service! We have a brand new hot tub that has a jet not working. I have called the store twice and have sent the service tech several text messages with noone ever following up other than me placing yet another call to the store to have noone get back to me. If you want great customer service go to a different pool and patio business.

I had a great experience this past summer with the pool I ordered. Customer service at the Bloomington store as well as the Peoria store when Bloomington was shut down due to Covid. I recommend Jacob if you are looking for a knowledgeable, courteous salesperson.
