Anthony is the best employee there hands down! Everytime I come in to the shop hes always there to greet us with a very warm welcome and smile! He's extremely professional, respectful, and easy to talk to! He always knows the answer to every question and makes the experience that much better for buying materials and equipment for projects. Very knowledgeable and knows what he talking about when he is talking! The only employee at the tile shop that I feel actually cares about his line of work and represents the company excellently through service! He deserves a raise!

Outstanding customer service! The Tile Shop is the place folks need to prioritize for their tile shopping. Their product selection is top notch, the design center stands as a great added service and the employees (especially the manager, Ryan) are excellent. We started our basement bathroom project last summer and the Tile Shop has been there every step of the way. We faced some difficulties with some of the product but this became a non-issue based on the way Ryan his team responded. Now we have a beautiful bathroom to enjoy and a shop we’ll continue to go back to for future projects. The short of it: Save your tool and general home improvement shopping for Home Depot. Go to The Tile Shop when you need anything related to tile.

I had my kitchen redone. We wanted a durable kitchen tile floor (3 dogs) that had the appearance of a wood grain. The staff at the Tile Shop were very helpful in finding just what we wanted. The products were reasonably priced and the return of the excess material that was unopened was very easy. We will use them again for future projects.

It's easy to make an appointment here. Walk ins have been straight forward when I've shown up. And pick up of orders only takes a short while. Designers are amenable, and considerate of ones preferences.
