After almost a year of trying to get them to come out and mark the corners of a lot, I gave up. I called Deckard Land Surveying and had an estimate and work date set within a couple hours, and it was cheaper. Every time I speak with Shawn he says he will tell his manager and schedule a time. Now I can't even get a hold of Shawn or the manager, I can only get to their voicemails. They are still up and running, and doing surveying, so it has nothing to do with Covid.

We were in a dispute with a neighbor on road location in the easement. Trico drew up an awesome map showing exactly where the road was in relation the the property lines. It solved our issue. Thanks for a great job guys.
