I see lots of bad reviews regarding a specific manager of this place. Well that staff member wasn't there when I went. I had a great experience with the staff, actually! Very knowledgeable young man helped me and my partner find liquors to our taste. Everything is pretty pricey here but you get what you pay for! Those imported liquors are unimaginably flavorful! Loved it & want to to back already.

I love the variety of the vinegars and oils. I have not experienced poor quality service at this store. In fact, when the store was closed due to the COVID-19, they worked with me so I didn't have to wait for the store to reopen to get more.
Had a great supply of spices and even had hazlenut oil. The cashier was helpful and they had just what I needed.
Having fun wandering around MOA and am so glad we stopped here! It's a little expensive, but you have to expect that for the high quality. Olivia was absolutely wonderful!!! She clearly loves the product and has excellent customer service! I'm really happy with what we bought thanks to her!
Was in town from NYC and spent the day at Mall of America with my daughter. We had a dinner that we were going to right after and my husband was picking us up there. We needed to bring wine and thought how convenient it would be to grab from the mall so as not to make another stop. After reading the terrible reviews I was happy to be inconvenienced and give my business to someone who deserved it. Never think reviews don’t matter or that you aren’t losing business because of them. I’ve seen plenty of places in Manhattan have to shut their doors because they didn’t bother to correct the problems their customer base complained about.
my stop here on black friday morning was a highlight. attentive, professional service with samples and well informed suggestions. the bottle size for the gin i’d chosen was out of stock but they offered an extra discount on the larger without hesitation. quality stuff here
The Tuesday worker was THE WORST! We came on there wanting to stock up on our whiskey collection, but she gave away only 2 drops for a tasting! We left with 2 cheap bottles of wine On Wednesday, we went back there, and the guy gave us plenty of samples and gave us plenty of suggestions. We took probably 30 minutes of his time, but left with 585 with of liquor. Thanks to his help, we left feeling satisfied. Had it been the same girl, we wouldn't have returned. The stock is overpriced, but if you want the best in the region, you have to pay for it!!!
My boyfriend and I stopped by today as the store looked quite fascinating. We are SO very pleased with the entire experience, and have found a new favorite store! Paul was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm posting this review literally a minute after I just made the most wonderful olive oil, vinegar, and spice combination that he recommended! Perfect for dipping bread and enjoying some wine and a movie tonight. We will definitely be returning, and want to try some of the classes as well. The liquor side was closed (by law, not by their choice) since we were there later in the day but we are already making plans to stop by later this week and see what that side of the store has to offer too. I know it won't disappoint! Thanks again Paul!!!
