Customer service was excellent.... helped with a last minute Christmas order for an elderly relative who was just placed in a facility for physical therapy. Flowers were received promptly...my Aunt was thrilled and said the flowers were beautiful!

We used Blooms for our wedding and were absolutely thrilled. We had a beer theme wedding so we asked them to incorporate hops into the design that we had bought online and they did awesome. We did our own centerpieces but Mark and his staff put together two beautiful arrangements that they made to fit in barrels that were a part of our arbor. They were beautiful and exactly what we picture- if not better. He also incorporated the hops into my bouquet and all the boutonnieres. They were willing to meet with us several times to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They were very punctual the day of and great at getting everything set up efficiently. I was also happy that the bouquets arrived in water because it kept them from wilting before picture and ceremony. They stayed beautiful all night long and for days to follow. Everything was perfect and I wouldn't have them change a thing. They were great to work with!

omg. The best service ever. I am no Martha Stewart and Martha (Julie) was. She took the time to assist me and she and the rest of the staff were amazing. Including their mascot the puppy I believe his name was Ollie. Thank you so much.i definitely will return

I actually feel bad for my husband here because he thought he was purchasing a beautiful big arrangement and what he got was a tiny arrangement that looked nothing like the photo and was filled with cheap carnations and babies breath. Honestly this is a joke.

My mother sent flowers via 1800Flowers for our 35th anniversary. What was sent looked nothing like what she ordered- very small, wilted and turning brown. She called 1800flowers who passed along the disappointment to this florist. The florist called me and basically said that 1800Flowers didn’t pay them enough to make the bouquet ordered. They were rude and nasty to me on the phone, acting like it was my fault I didn’t get what my mother paid for and that my expectations were too high. Really??? The bouquet on the left is what they sent. It was supposed to be a large bouquet as paid for. Compare what they sent compared to what Lisa’s Floral Shoppe in Newville did as a replacement bouquet of the right. Night and day difference. Go to Lisa’s
