Fred and his team are proactive when it comes to computer technology and preventative maintenance. This is something that I have limited knowledge about and count on InnoTek to protect our data. InnoTek keeps up with our virus software, backups and other computer maintenance issues. I call them and they respond quickly. That’s money to me since my business is a fee for service business. If my computers are down, I’m not billing. By outsourcing all computer maintenance to InnoTek, it frees me up to provide services to our clients and allows me additional time to expand our business. It is such a pleasure to find someone that does what they say they can do. We are so happy with InnoTek’s service, we have been referring our clients to them also

Within less than thirty minutes the team had me up and running and spent some extra time working out a few bugs.
