Paid my debts and they held their end of the bargain. Legit company. Ideally I wouldn't have to deal with debt collectors but at least they were reasonable..

A beautiful place to work. It's located in a park like setting which I enjoy. Geese, turtles, and beautiful pond. Great for outdoor enjoyment of beautiful days during lunch and breaks.
Never would want to give a debt collector any stars, but Jentra was great. She answered all my questions, and helped me like a true professional. 5 stars for her!
The OC was sending the 100 remainder portion of bill from ER visit to wrong address so went to collections through no fault of my own. They took my license and 300 co-pay in the ER that day. No excuse to have wrong address when they have photocopy of license downloaded. Transunion filed dispute and gave me the phone number of this place who placed debt on my CR. Called them yesterday and they asked me to verify address I said you never notified me so prove to me that I owe this money by telling me the address you have on file. She made a nasty statement and hung up. Real professional people work at this place. They are probably ex cons working off their community service hours. Filed a complaint the Penn. State AG office. They should be shut down. My rating system would have negative stars and they would be given a -10.
I wish I can give them -10 stars,,,, they post old bills I called the 25 times to resolve the account that been paid by insurance and this agency is trying to get paid outrageously for nothing that is their phone calls.. I will let all of my friend to post a 1 Star too... in the picture it shows that no is a swearing . Left a voice mail because they hung up in purpose.
