I am a former employee of this companies norristown branch. I got fired today (5/14/20) after an incident where my crew leader instigated a fight with a crew member and pulled a knife on him. Our production manager and higher up were notified multiple times in the past of this crew leaders blatant disrespect to his fellow crew. I was fired because when I saw the knife pulled on the other coworker I punched him in his mouth this was not located on a job site, at the shop or in any way was associated with the company save for the fact we were in uniform and were heading in until this crew leader started the problem. DO NOT use this unprofessional company. The initial incident happened 5/12/20 the fight happened 5/13/20 and I got fired 5/14/20. There have been multiple OSHA violations including having employees work in unsafe conditions and covering up workplace injuries. When I called my production manager today it was implied that I would still be working there and over an hour later I was fired.

If there was a zero rating I would use it. This company is shady, very shady and dishonest. . I fulfilled my contract and checked in using their mobile app at BB&T bank in Myerstown, PA. They docked my last payment by 75% because I didn't check in the rest of the year even though nothing needed done anymore. All the grass, shrubs, and leaves were cleaned up and done. They just wanted to charge BB&T for me doing nothing. Bo where in my contract did it state that I needed to check in after work was complete. I believe they make things up to make more money for themselves. If you are a business looking to use them for their service or a contractor being hired by them. Dont do it!!!
