Worth checking out for the history of the mine and surrounding area! Many of the building have been restored, tracks still run out of the mineshaft, and artifacts abound. Plus, there's a small waterfall nearby with a bench to enjoy the view and a snack!

A true find inside of Caribou Ranch Open Space. This historic location was a silver mining complex for 90 years. It's worth the hike along the old Switzerland Trail to get there. It's also a great spot to take a relaxing break alongside Boulder Creek.
