Horrible insurance company! Got hit with a huge bill for a procedure at CDH. Insurance states that the provider dropped out of network with no notice. Spoke to Victoria and she was very rude, condesending and arrogant. Why should she care its NOT her problem. She was no help and i am not sure why she works there. I had a second procedure done at CDH and it was covered. This insurance company has gone downhill and does NOT want to pay for anything anymore. Their plans are expensive and they don't cover any of the costs anymore. Shame on them! I would never pick BCBS ever again! Stay away ftom them and Victoria!!
