We have owned our home in Ocean Pines for a few years now. Blue Flame is a crazy business..... They sold us two units and have visited for service maybe two times. Both with good outcomes. However our remotes have not worked for the past 2 years. I have tried to make an appointment with Joe Mobray and his crew by calling multiple times over the past two years with no luck. I leave a message, no call back, no appointment. Joe is very skilled at servicing fireplaces. However either the remotes wind up not working or the receivers melt. Joe has always figured it out in the past. This past weekend my husband and I visited Blue Flames actual location and were able to make an appointment directly with Joe. He just canceled it via text. We wish this local business owner would help us especially since he sold us the units. We are shopping around because we have to.... :(
