I'll share my experience after I call them tomorrow....based on that call my rating may go as high as a 2. *UPDATE* So as far as the guy that runs the place, He is very Nice and easy to deal with. It took about 7 months longer to get the house than what we were told. We were also told that the house would be a better built home because of it. However...when it was delivered and set up it was incomplete. Trim missing from the walls and floors in some places and no vent covers in the bathrooms doors didn't actually latch because the doors didn't match up right and the wall that surrounds the vent for the stove is crooked and offset. And that vent doesn't work though it makes the noise like it is working. Over the past 2.5 years I have had the house little things are messing up all I re the place. Trim coming off because the nails were shot in too deep....drawers breaking.....the skirting around the outside is has been pushed in from the wind because it wasn't secured enough....i was told by the people that it was running water that caused the skirting to get pushed in the opposite direction than the water was flowing?! No my a/c is out and I find out that the unit was 4 years old when it was installed! It is under warranty and Mike has helped get me in touch with the company to warranty it. All and all I'll never get another house from there. Some of these problems were the fault of the company I bought from but I feel shafted with a poorly constructed house that I'm paying a lot of money for!
