I absolutely LOVE this store!! They have tons of inventory from all of the best brands. Every time I go in, they take time to help me find exactly what I'm looking for and are very knowledgeable about the products. If you are looking to gear up, this is the only spot to go!

Lots and lots of nice gear here. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Many name brands and choices within to choose from. Prices were a little up there but in line for the area main drag location for which it sits. Great ambiance. If your walking the town, it’s a nice store to stop and shop.

Stopped in to look at some new hiking shoes. Was trying on some and a staff member stoped to assist. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she had short hair and was also working the desk. She obviously spends a lot of time on the local trails because she was a wealth of knowledge. She not only knew the trails but everything about the shoes. She knew brands and the benefits and fit of each. This did not come off as a sales pitch but as one hiker talking to another. At the end she said above all the fit must be good, if you are not sure do not buy it!!!! She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was making a customer. We come back four to five times a year and will always stop in. Not the cheapest but great service. Thinking of relocating and this will be our outfitter shop!!!!

On their windows and signs they advertise Bike Shop, but they don't have a bike shop at this location and don't hardly even have anything bike specific. One of the friendly employees told me that their bike shop is in Blairsville, GA where they have all of their bikes, shoes, helmets and bike related equipment. Their Blairsville location hosts rides Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. There lots of outdoor clothes and equipment at this location in Blue Ridge, but they only have a handful of bike related accessories. I imagine if you were going there to buy outdoor shoes, clothing, backpacks, etc. it would be great. I'm giving 2 stars because of unclear advertising and I had to wait an hour for them to open their doors. The back entrance off the porch read 10:00AM, and the front entrance off the street read 10:30AM; none the less, they did not turn their lights on and open the doors until 11:00AM.
