Great selection of electric bikes to rent or own. Great selection of accessories and parts. Great mechanic and they service ALL bikes, not just electric bikes. If you're in Blue Ridge and need something for your bike, check these guys out!

We rented a couple of bikes to see if we remembered how to ride. We are in our late 60s. Ended up buying two bikes. Lots of fun and the company has been very helpful. We loved being able to shop local and have local service!

Went in on business. Was ignored by the older gent working in the back. Figured he was busy so I waited but became clear he just wanted me to leave. When he did come into the I guess you would call it the office area he was rude. I ask for a minute of his time was told no. I said ok and on my way out he said the boss would be there the next day if I wanted to talk to anyone. Would rather never go back for business or ebike rental.

Rented 3 bikes for my two grandsons and me. Two of us are very experienced riders, one is not. We had signed up for an Intermediate ride. About 2/3 into the ride, the lesser experienced grandson hit a washout and fell, trashing the computer for the electric power. I found out afterwards, it was considered an Advanced ride. Also, about 1/3 into the ride, the pedal crank came off the same grandson's bike and there were no tools provided to tighten the Allen bolt. After coming off several more times, the bolt was lost and, without electric drive, had to be picked up along the road. I realize I am liable for breaking something on a rental but I also believe the bike should have been properly maintained. The driver who picked up my grandson said he knew that the crank was loose. I believe I should have been comped for the bike. Instead, I paid for three rentals and another 87 for a new computer. I was also under the impression it was a guided ride, as advertised in the website, but it was not. In fairness, the Pedego bikes are fun and easy to use. The route was very scenic as were the waterfalls.

Twas a crisp, but not too crisp of a morning, i had awoken to the sounds of birds chirping and children having fun. It was the day of my haircut. WE made our way to the best barber shop in town. Oneals is a family run and operated barber shop in upper-downtown blueridge. What I knew was that they would give me a fade. It didnt have to be perfect as all i was asking for was a fade. But what they gave to me instead was an atrocity that could be mistaken as a slightly sloppy bowlcut given to a rat by a seven year old. But alas i dont hold even a singular grudge for what has happened on that day.
